Our Impact Through Collaboration

The Kroussaw Foundation is proud to work alongside influential partners like DC Public Schools (DCPS), Baltimore City Public Schools (BCPS), Arlington Public Schools (APS), Baroody Camps, Inc., the Department of Employment Services (DOES DC), and Captivate Perspectives.

Through these collaborations, we've engaged over 6,000 students in hands-on STEM workshops, career readiness programs, and mentoring that build valuable skills for the future. We've also developed and implemented sustainability education initiatives across 21 partner schools, empowering students and educators to become environmental advocates in their communities. Together, we're creating transformative experiences for young people and communities in need.

The Influence of Partnership

Through our collaborations, we've provided emotional wellness resources and created safe spaces for over 4,000 community members, supporting the mental and emotional health of both youth and adults. By joining forces with local organizations and government agencies, we've increased community outreach, facilitated job readiness programs, and expanded access to critical services for families in need.

We are grateful for the support of our partners and remain committed to creating lasting change. If you're interested in joining our mission, we welcome businesses, donors, and organizations who share our vision—submit the Partnership Form to take the next step in joining our network of changemakers.

The KRoussaw Foundation doesn't just educate; they inspire. They've given my children the tools to succeed, not just academically but emotionally and socially.

We've seen real change in our school community. Students are more engaged and motivated, and the teachers have gained valuable resources to make a lasting impact.
